Students of the Month

September
Rehan Khan (10-Morales) We are proud to nominate Rehan for Student of the Month. Rehan consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to learning and sets a positive example for his peers. He comes to school each day with a great attitude, ready to participate, and always gives his best effort in every task. Rehan is respectful, kind, and helpful to both his teachers and classmates. He shows excellent responsibility by completing his work on time and taking pride in doing it well. Rehan is also a role model in the classroom, encouraging others, showing patience, and contributing to a positive classroom environment. His dedication, kindness, and enthusiasm for learning truly make him stand out as an exceptional student. For these reasons, I believe Rehan is highly deserving of the recognition as Student of the Month.
Maleaq Roderick (11-Cupolo) It's not just because when I look at Maleaq's transcript and see his lowest grade is a B+ that causes me to nominate him; it's far more than that. Maleaq is a quiet and humble young man who continually greets me as he enters the room and addresses me as he exits. He gets to work immediately and does not allow others to distract him. He works diligently and produces high quality material, but what impresses me most about Maleaq is something I witnessed happen last week. During a group assignment there was one boy who was quietly searching the room for a partner. I watched as Maleaq subtly ushered the boy over to his group, but carefully, so not as to draw further unwanted attention to the struggling boy. It did not surprise me that he did this, but it did impress me. So, yes, the academics are great, but his kindness is even better.
October

Trevor Aguiar (11-Goulart) Trevor Aguiar is a student who always brings a positive attitude to class. Even last year, he would stop by during an advisory just to say hello, always with a friendly smile. He continues to be kind, respectful, and polite to everyone around him. Trevor truly shows what it means to be a RRHIIP'ed Husky. He stands out most for his respect, responsibility, and integrity. He shows respect by greeting teachers and classmates with kindness and treating everyone with care. He shows responsibility by always being prepared for class and ready to take part in the day’s activities. His integrity shows in the way he does the right thing, even when no one is watching. Trevor is definitely a student others should look up to. His positive attitude and strong character make him a true role model in our school community

Lauren Pattie (12-Morales) Lauren is consistently going above and beyond to support both students and staff. She approaches every task with enthusiasm, patience, and genuine care, creating a positive and inclusive environment for everyone she works with. Lauren takes initiative without hesitation, whether she’s helping to organize classroom activities, assisting students one-on-one, or coming up with creative ideas to make lessons more engaging. She also takes excellent initiative during our Hungry Huskies program, always stepping up to help with preparation, organization, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her dependability and leadership in these moments truly stand out. Lauren’s reliability, kindness, and strong work ethic make her a true role model among her peers.
