Good Afternoon Mt Hope Families,

We have been receiving reports that families are unable to view schedules in Aspen. The schedules are published, however the default view does not show a schedule as the school year has not yet begun.  Please use the instructions below, from our technology department, to view schedules.

Families / Parents can follow the steps below to view schedules:

1. Sign Into Aspen at https://ri-bwrsd.myfollett.com. If assistance is needed with usernames and passwords, please email portal@bwrsd.org for assistance.

2. Click on the Academics top tab.

3. Change the term drop down to All Terms

4. The students' schedule will then appear. If you have more than one student please click the Student drop down to switch between your students.

Students can follow the steps below to view schedules:

 IMPORTANT: We are aware of an issue that is preventing some students from logging into Aspen. We are currently working with Aspen support to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, parents can sign into the Portal and share schedules with their students. 

 1. Sign Into Clever at https://www.clever.com/in/bwrsd, click on the "Login with BWRSD Account" button.

2. Click on the Aspen icon.

3. On the Aspen login screen, click on the "Login with BWRSD Account" button.

4. Enter your BWRSD email address and password.

5. You will be taken back to Aspen and signed in.

6. Click on the Academics top tab.

7. Change the term drop down to All Terms.

8. The schedule will then appear.
